Lead digital marketing strategy development and execution across all channels to support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition goals.
Manage performance marketing campaigns (search, display, programmatic) to drive results and optimize marketing ROI.
Develop and execute organic and paid social media campaigns across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.).
Build and manage media plans that integrate both digital and ATL campaigns (TV, radio, OOH, etc.).
Oversee the planning and execution of influencer marketing initiatives, including identification, negotiation, briefing, and performance tracking.
Develop and manage sponsorship content strategies in collaboration with media partners, content creators, or events, ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives.
Supervise content planning and production for various formats (video, static, blogs, branded content), ensuring quality, consistency, and performance.
Lead the marketing analytics and reporting function, analyzing performance and providing insights for continuous improvement.
Manage and mentor the internal digital marketing team, as well as coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and media partners.
Own the marketing budget, including planning, forecasting, and optimizing spend across all digital and traditional channels.
Align marketing campaigns with business units, product teams, and sales to support commercial goals.
Stay informed on the latest marketing, technology, and content trends to drive innovation in brand communication.
Supervise internal teams to Lead teams such ascontent, social media, performance marketer , graphic designer, and SEO experts.
Working with the sales team to create joint campaigns and support marketing and sales goals.
Collaboration in the implementation of digital marketing events: management and digital coverage of events, conferences, and other marketing events.
Data-Driven Insights: Continuously analyze data and metrics to refine strategies, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing innovative ideas and approaches to the table to keep our digital marketing efforts on the cutting edge.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master’s is a plus.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Proven expertise in performance marketing, social media advertising, media planning, and content strategy.
Hands-on experience with influencer marketing campaigns, platforms, and KPI tracking.
Strong knowledge of sponsorship content execution, branded storytelling, and collaboration with publishers or media platforms.
Proficiency with marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, SEO tools, CRM/email platforms).
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Creative thinker with a strong sense of branding, user engagement, and storytelling.
Experience in media, telecom, or consumer tech industries.
Familiarity with ATL campaign operations and managing creative/media agencies.
Knowledge of contract negotiation and ROI assessment in influencer/sponsorship deals.
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
