Senior Business Excellence specialist

Job Descriptions:
1. Advanced Data Analysis for Business Excellence:
Solve ambiguous business problems through exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify improvement opportunities.
Conduct root cause analysis of operational inefficiencies using statistical methods (regression, clustering).
Develop KPIs and benchmarks to measure process effectiveness and track excellence initiatives.

2. Complex Query Engineering & Data Infrastructure:
Build high-performance SQL queries to power business excellence dashboards (process cycle times, quality metrics).
Optimize data models for real-time operational analytics (e.g., production line performance, service SLAs).
Automate data validation to ensure "single source of truth" for excellence programs.

3. Business Excellence Execution:
Partner with operations/process teams to quantify improvement opportunities (e.g., cost savings, time reductions).
Design data-driven workflows to replace manual processes (e.g., automated anomaly detection).
Lead A/B tests for process changes and measure impact.

4. Cross-Functional Leadership:
Translate data insights into executive-ready business cases for improvement projects.
Train teams on data literacy and self-service excellence metrics.
Document best practices for analytical problem-solving.

Requirments:
1.    Advanced optimization (execution plans, indexing strategies) 
2.    Experience with operational data (ERP, CRM, MES systems)
3.    Process mining/data-driven process improvement
4.    KPI design and benchmarking
5. Lean Six Sigma concepts (familiarity preferred)
6.    Power BI, Tableau, or Sigma
7.    Ability to create process flow dashboards
8.  5+ years in data analysis with operational impact.
9. Balances perfectionism with pragmatism – ships actionable insights fast.
10. Proven ability to influence without authority across teams.
