Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a "Senior Product Designer" to join the AloPeyk Designe team. Description of the job position:


Lead the design process from discovery to delivery.
Translate research insights, user behavior data, and business metrics into actionable design solutions.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Conduct usability testing and data analysis to improve the user experience.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to prioritize problems and propose solutions.
Advocate for UX best practices, accessibility, and experimentation.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to the design culture.

Requirements:


5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or related fields.
Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and data-driven outcomes.
Expertise in UX principles and interaction design.
Proficiency in tools such as Figma.
Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Clarity, GA4).
Strong communication and storytelling skills.
Comfortable in agile, fast-paced environments.
Experience designing for B2B or complex systems is a plus.
Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks.
Basic understanding of frontend development (HTML/CSS) is a bonus
