About the Role:

We are looking for a senior product designer to join us at Snapp!Pay. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for designing user experiences from conception to delivery in a cross-functional environment. You need to collaborate closely with product managers, designers, researchers, technical engineers and other stakeholders. Your responsibilities also include having a holistic approach to the experience from discovery to delivery, inspiring change, delivering user flows, wireframes, user interface mockups, and prototypes. Responsibilities:

• Working closely with other designers, user researchers, and UX writers
• Making design-related decisions based on quantitative and qualitative data and UX research results
• Documenting the entire design process
• Determining the details of the project
• Providing mentorship and coaching to others
• Participating in the hiring process
• Brainstorming and developing concepts actively
• Communicating design concepts, rationale, and research findings to team members
• Managing multiple priorities, consistently meeting deadlines, and championing projects from concept to completion within a fast-paced environment
• Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and full visual designs

Requirements:

• Must have strong portfolio and examples of work
• Strong knowledge of current design industry best design processes, methodologies and trends
• 4-6 years of experience in product design (UX/UI), with a focus on mobile
• Excellent graphic design skills (layout, typography, color)
• Mastery of design and prototyping tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
• Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
• Proficiency in Sketch and Figma
• A strong desire for creative problem-solving with a positive attitude
• Excellent time-management skills
• Be familiar with Agile methodology, Scrum, and Kanban
