We're Hiring: Web3 Community Admin (Operations Lead) 

 

Are you passionate about Web3 and building strong online communities? We're looking for a Community Admin to lead and manage our operations across Discord, X (Twitter), and Telegram.

 

As our Community Admin, you’ll be the heartbeat of our community — ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, sparking conversations, moderating discussions, and creating a positive, engaged environment for our users.

 

Manage and moderate our Discord, X (Twitter), and Telegram channels

Coordinate daily activities, events, AMAs, and community campaigns

Track engagement and provide feedback to improve community health

Respond to community inquiries and provide support

Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align messaging

Spot trends, memes, and moments to keep our brand culturally relevant

Proven experience managing Web3 or crypto communities

Deep knowledge of Discord, X (Twitter), and Telegram tools & bots

Strong communication and organizational skills

Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

Bonus: familiar with DAO operations, NFT/DeFi ecosystems

Location: On-site
