Job Description:
This role is designed to support data analysis and enhance operational processes within the company, with a strong focus on collecting and analyzing complex data, designing analytical dashboards, and delivering strategic insights to optimize performance in the logistics sector. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in advanced analytical tools, capable of managing large datasets, and able to collaborate effectively with various teams to drive both operational and strategic improvements.

This position reports directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Preparation:
Extract and clean data from various sources, especially complex logistics datasets, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
Review both structured and unstructured data for analysis and reporting purposes.

Data Analysis and Interpretation:
Use advanced analytical tools such as SQL and Excel to extract trends, identify patterns, and deliver accurate, actionable insights.
Identify weaknesses and areas for improvement in performance and provide data-driven solutions to enhance productivity.

Dashboard and Report Design:
Design and implement analytical dashboards to provide actionable insights to managers and cross-functional teams.
Deliver precise, data-driven reports to evaluate operational unit performance and support key decision-making.

Process Optimization:
Identify and assess opportunities for improving operational processes using analytical data.
Recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Collaboration and Communication:
Build effective communication with technical, commercial, and logistics teams to understand analytical needs and convey findings clearly.
Align analytical results with operational and business strategies.

Interaction with AI Tools and Advanced Analytics:
Familiarity with AI tools and machine learning to enhance data analysis processes and discover deeper insights.
 
Required Competencies:

Knowledge:
High proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, especially for complex and advanced data analysis.
Strong command of SQL for writing complex queries and performing in-depth data analysis.
Solid understanding of statistical and analytical methods for pattern recognition and trend forecasting.
Experience in designing and implementing dashboards and management reports.
Familiarity with AI tools and machine learning techniques to improve analytical capabilities.
