Job Description:
The Senior Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for leading marketing initiatives for Tapsi Food's vendor side, driving growth and visibility across the platform. Acting as a bridge between the Marketing, Commercial, and Business Development teams, this individual will execute marketing strategies to elevate vendor performance and sales. This role will also function as an in-house agency for vendors, helping them optimize their marketing efforts and increase their market reach.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for vendors to enhance visibility and sales.
- Act as a marketing consultant for vendors, providing strategic guidance on campaigns, branding, and market positioning.
- Lead promotional initiatives to boost vendor sales, including seasonal campaigns, special promotions, and brand activations.
- Collaborate with the Commercial and Business Development teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end marketing projects, from planning and execution to analysis and optimization.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for vendor growth.
- Design and implement vendor-specific marketing programs to increase brand awareness and consumer engagement.
- Monitor KPIs and marketing performance metrics to evaluate success and areas for improvement.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with Tapsi Food's brand guidelines and strategic goals.
- Foster strong relationships with vendors to understand their needs and market challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 3-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food delivery or e-commerce sector.
- Proven track record of managing marketing projects with tangible business results.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand positioning, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in vendor marketing or account management.
- Familiarity with growth hacking techniques and performance marketing.
