Responsibilities:

· Design, document, and optimize business processes using BPMN2 to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements

· customize and implementation of solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM to align with business requirements, ensuring functionality alignment and user adoption

·  Continuously evaluate existing processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement, implementing changes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness

·  create and maintain detailed, clear, and up-to-date documentation for all processes, workflows, and CRM configurations, ensuring accessibility and compliance with organizational standards

Requirements:

· Proficient in analyzing data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop effective strategies.

·  Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business analyst.

·  Expertise in BPMN2, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and related tools for process analysis and implementation.

· Precision in documenting workflows, requirements, and CRM configurations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
