We are rapidly evolving our infrastructure to support growing demand and modern user expectations.
As part of this evolution, we are hiring a Tech Lead to own the core architecture, drive engineering excellence, and lead a high-performing team through a critical growth phase.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design, development, and delivery of key backend, frontend, and infrastructure initiatives.
- Own the migration path from legacy systems toward a scalable, service-oriented architecture.
- Collaborate closely with the CTO on platform architecture, scalability, and long-term vision.
- Mentor engineers and foster a high-ownership, high-accountability engineering culture.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with product, design, and business teams to deliver value-aligned solutions.
- Set and enforce engineering standards, including CI/CD, testing, documentation, and code quality.

- Backend: Python (Django, DRF), PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ
- Frontend: Next.js (App Router), TypeScript
- Services: Node.js (NestJS)
- Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD
Requirements
- Proven experience owning production systems in both Django and Node.js
- Deep expertise in RESTful API design, asynchronous workflows, and database optimization (PostgreSQL)
- Successful track record of leading technical teams or complex technical initiatives
- Strong command of frontend-backend separation and modern frontend architecture
- Hands-on experience with message brokers, distributed systems, and microservice communication patterns
- Operational experience with containerized deployments, CI/CD (preferably GitLab), and Kubernetes
- Experience leading system migrations from monolithic to modular architectures
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
