Job Description

About the Position:

We are looking for a professional, motivated, and creative Marketing Manager who can lead marketing campaigns in an agile, digital-first, and multi-project environment. If you have experience working in fintech and cryptocurrency companies, love data analysis, and have skills in team building, brand development, and user growth, this position is for you.

Responsibilities:

Strategy & Campaigns:
Design and implement campaigns aligned with business objectives.
Lead user acquisition and growth campaigns, customer engagement, and retention with a focus on performance, conversion rates, and continuous optimization.
Monitor and continuously optimize campaigns based on data and performance analysis (ROI, CPA, CTR, etc.).
Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (search, display, partnerships).

Customer & Brand Management
:
Maintain effective communication with key clients (if present in the company), understand their objectives, and provide clear performance reporting.
Ensure brand messaging consistency across all channels and produce coordinated, targeted content.

Team Leadership:
Lead the marketing team, including SEO specialists, content creators, graphic designers, social media managers, and performance marketers.
Assign tasks, manage project timelines, and create a collaborative and inspiring work environment.

Analysis & Reporting:
Use analytical tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.) to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions.
Prepare regular reports for the internal team and management (weekly/monthly).

Required Qualifications:

At least 8 years of experience in digital marketing and 5 years of leadership experience in team management.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency, fintech, SaaS, or innovative business sectors.
Analytical mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
