

Roles & Responsibilities
• To support the Merchandising Sales Team for identifying the undeveloped merchandising points for team managers to plan.
• To follow up PR/PO processes with Procurement teams in order to find a suitable supplier obtain required merchandising items, samples, etc.
• To receive merchandising items (advertisement items such as paper bags, VIP gifts, desk calendars and etc., POSM materials, counters and booths, items for supporting sales events) from suppliers and forward them to all internal customers in various divisions within all regions and hotspots in order to promote the visibility of the MTNIrancell brand.
• To have regular warehouse visits to report on the status of merchandising items.
• To support MTNI Stores, distributors and dealers for their advertising needs, such as receiving advertisement requests (i.e. Mesh, Shop Sign, Roll up banners, Stickers, or any other visual materials) from country sales team and Team Leaders, providing designs and the printing process.
• To follow up visibility of all hotspot points and booths in sales channels (including but not limited to airport booth, post office, malls and other places of interest during the Nowrouz Promotion and Arbaeen event) are aligned with MTNIrancell PPPs.
• To follow up all of the branding requests from the main Irancell Stores.
• To visit MTNI Stores, connects, hotspots, etc. to report on the brand’s look and feel nationwide.
• To gather data from MTNIrancell Sales Channels (MTNI Stores, Dealers, Connects and hotspots) and competitors’ activities and report them to the Merchandising Manager in order to prepare and present appropriate policies, procedures and operating practices.
• To administerate daily reports on branding projects progress according to the agreed format and within submitted deadlines.
• To administerate the process of checking weekly and monthly merchandising budget reports against PR/POs and provide related report.
• To update relevant databases with the correct quantity of merchandising.
Education
• Bachelor Degree in Commerce (Marketing / Communication) or related
Experience
• Minimum of two years of experience in sales and marketing;
• Experience working in a small to medium organization;
• Proposed by Manager: Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment or in IT/telecommunications is advantageous.
