About the Role
We are looking for a smart, motivated, accurate, and well-organized Associate Product Manager to join our product team and help build innovative, user-centric products. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business teams to gather user needs, define product solutions, and deliver impactful releases.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze user and stakeholder needs
• Contribute to designing AI-based solutions for HSE-related challenges
• Conduct market research and analyze user feedback
• Create and prioritize product backlog items
• Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing)
• Plan and run Scrum meetings (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews)
• Support product launches and analyze post-launch performance data
• Prepare and maintain product documentation
• Participate in product demos and presentation sessions
• Suggest improvements to product development processes

Requirements

• Strong English skills in speaking, reading, and writing technical documents
• Highly motivated and organized
• Excellent attention to detail
• Analytical thinking and the ability to design effective product metrics
• Familiarity with prioritization frameworks and Agile methodologies
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

Good to Have

• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases
• Business and process understanding in B2B Enterprise domains
