As the HR Specialist you will have a chance to work in multi-national company with more than 13 years of consistent and stable operation in Iran which brings enjoyable challenges to your career.

Here are the key accountabilities:

1. Assist in employer branding projects
2. Assist in performance evaluation processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals
3. Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance reviews and setting objectives
4. Design comprehensive training programs that align with organizational goals and employee needs
5. Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels
6. Conduct assessments to identify training and development needs within the organization
7. Develop evaluation tools to assess the effectiveness of training programs
8. Collect and analyze feedback from participants to make improvements to training content and delivery
9. Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and program outcomes
10. Prepare reports on training effectiveness
11. Assist in developing succession plans for key positions within the organization
12. Responsible for employee experience projects
