Overview:

 We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Buyer to manage customer orders, monitor inventory, and ensure timely product delivery. In this role, you'll forecast demand, analyze sales trends, and support sourcing by identifying reliable suppliers. You'll work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize stock control, reduce waste, and maintain service excellence. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process customer orders with a focus on service excellence and timely fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels and track waste to ensure optimal stock control and reduce losses.
• Analyze sales trends and demand patterns to accurately forecast product needs.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and sourcing opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, monitoring their performance to ensure quality and reliability.
• Coordinate the timely delivery of goods in collaboration with logistics and warehouse teams.
• Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and insights to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Intermediate English language skills (both written and verbal)
• Previous experience in a similar purchasing or procurement role is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and data entry
• Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Basic understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes
