Overview:

At Snapp Market, our continued growth is driven by the strength and efficiency of our operational processes. We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to support our Express line. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of projects—from initiation through delivery—ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. 
You will work closely with the Executive Director of our Express line to ensure strategic alignment and execution across all initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects with clear timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address potential risks or delays.
• Analyze data and prepare regular reports to support strategic decisions.
• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous process improvement.
• Ensure alignment between project objectives and organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with conflict resolution and negotiation in a business setting is a plus.
