Job description:

• Analyzing the national market dynamically to determine specific sales targets.
• Segmenting the market into operating sections and assigning medical representatives to sections.
• Developing monthly and annual plans for marketing and sales activities.
• Supervising all sales and marketing activities within the group.
• Preparing weekly reports for Marketing Manager.
• Coordinating double visits with medical/pharmaceutical representatives.

Job Specification:

• At least 4 years of experience as a medical/pharmaceutical sales representative and 2 years of experience as a product specialist/team supervisor.
• Intermediate in English (speaking, listening, and writing).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Creative, intuitive, and able to work in a competitive environment.
• Adherence to the company's strategies and values, and the ability to work in a team.
• Current position of the candidate: team leader or supervisor
• Good knowledge of sales.
• Good insight into marketing issues.
• Experience in team management or project management.
• Problem-solving skills.
