Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with clients and guide them on how to use our services

• Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients

• Gather client feedback and generate reports

• Follow up with clients and help drive their engagement

• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams and provide actionable feedback

Working Hours: Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
