Job Description

As we expand our corporate health offering, we’re looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Specialist to identify, engage, and convert organizational clients into long-term health partners.

 
Your Mission
You’ll lead the charge in growing Zeenome’s B2B client base by identifying opportunities, generating qualified leads, managing the full sales funnel, and building strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers.

 
Responsibilities:
Prospect and qualify B2B leads across industries (HR, insurance, tech, etc.)
Pitch Zeenome’s corporate health services to potential clients and tailor solutions to fit their needs
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: from first contact to signed agreement
Collaborate with the product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
Maintain CRM and reporting systems to track leads, follow-ups, and conversion rates
Analyze client feedback to improve the offering and retention
 
You Are:
Experienced: 2–4 years in B2B sales, preferably in healthtech, SaaS, or HR-related services
Strong communicator: Confident in presentations, negotiations, and closing deals
Goal-oriented: You thrive in hitting targets and driving measurable outcomes
Empathetic: You listen deeply and align health solutions with real organizational needs
Collaborative: You work well with internal teams to deliver what you promise
Passionate about health, wellness, and improving quality of life at scale
