Accounting Manager

Main Responsibilities:

• Providing and interpreting financial information 
• Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
• Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
• Managing staff 
• Coordinating the accounting records of financial payment transactions.
• Preparing and controlling financial procedures.
• To ensure that legal documents (Invoices, Expenses, Services, etc.) are arranged in accordance with the corporate identity
• To ensure that the financial period is closed on a monthly basis and to make the necessary controls
• Preparing VAT and Buying Sales reports regularly in quarterly periods in line with the determination of the tax institution 
• Collaborating with regional accounting for the consolidation, coordination of company transactions and resolution of problems.

Requirements: 

• Having university degree in related field
• At least 6 years of experience in a similar position 
• Team leadership skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new project
• SAP knowledge is an asset
• Language Skills: English or Turkish
• Advanced Excel skills
