Qualifications:

B2+ English proficiency (proven with certificates) or IELTS Band Score 7 (valid for at least 1 year)
Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field 
TTC, TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification 
At least one year of teaching experience
Experience teaching English to children and adolescents (at least 6 months)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Digital teaching skills (PowerPoint, AI tools, interactive platforms)
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Familiarity with online teaching platforms (Adobe Connect, BigBlueButton, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
Ability to use creative, game-based, and interactive methods suited for different age groups
Knowledge of child development psychology and classroom management for younger learners
Patience, high energy, and the ability to motivate young learners
Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging online English lessons
Create lesson plans based on students' needs
Design activities and games for children and adolescents to enhance language learning
Provide feedback and track student progress
Encourage interactive learning and student participation
Use AI and digital tools to enhance teaching
Maintain a professional and friendly teaching environment
Create a fun, safe, and supportive learning environment for children and adolescents
Interact with parents to report on progress and gather feedback
Use age-appropriate visual, audio, and digital resources to increase student engagement
