Job Description:
1. Task Coordination – Ensure tasks are assigned and completed on time.
2. Quality Assurance – Monitor compliance with project standards and objectives.
3. Planning & Scheduling – Assist in developing project timelines, schedules, and work plans.
4. Communication – Serve as a liaison between teams, stakeholders, and management.
5. Documentation – Maintain project files, reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant records.
6. Budget & Resources Management – Track expenses and allocate resources efficiently.
7. Risk Management – Identify potential issues and assist in problem-solving.
8. Status Reporting – Prepare progress reports and keep stakeholders informed.
9. Quality Control – Ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
10. Use of Tools & Software – Utilize project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana, Jira) to track progress.
11. Team Support – Assist team members in resolving workflow issues and streamlining processes.
12. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices for project management within the organization.
13. Vendor Management (if applicable): Oversee the work of external vendors, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and project requirements.
14. Telecom Domain Knowledge (Plus): While not essential, experience in the mobile telecom industry, including familiarity with network infrastructure, mobile technologies (e.g., 5G, LTE), and telecom services, is highly desirable.


Requirements:
✔ Proven Project Management Experience: A demonstrable track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure. This should include experience in all project phases (planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, and closure). Quantifiable achievements (e.g., projects delivered on time and within budget) are crucial.   
 ✔ Ability to lead and manage projects effectively.
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills

✔ Proficiency in project management software
