

About the Role:
As the Art Director , you will be responsible for leading the creative team in developing and executing compelling visual concepts across various media platforms. You will play a strategic role in shaping and maintaining the brand’s visual identity, ensuring all creative outputs align with design principles, business objectives, and brand guidelines. This role requires a balance of hands-on design expertise, creative direction, and team leadership to deliver high-impact visual storytelling.
Responsibilities:
Ability to execute, manage, oversee, and advance tasks from start to finish, including ideation, execution, and delivering final outputs.
Capability to produce high-quality artwork that meets company standards within limited timeframes.
Attention to detail in all assigned tasks.
Leading and guiding a team while managing multiple projects simultaneously and organizing them efficiently.
Full proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign, along with the ability to use AI tools, generate high-quality outputs from AI tools, edit photos, and perform photomanipulation.
Understanding of illustration techniques to collaborate effectively with the illustration team.
Knowledge of photography and lighting techniques, with the ability to utilize them to produce high-standard outputs.
Awareness of modern advertising techniques.
Design, execute and produce marketing communication artworks for BTL and TTL.
Create meaningful, high-quality outputs.
Execute new concepts and strategies or re-purpose, rework, revise existing content when necessary.
Collaborate with creative team and participate in creative sessions if needed.
Work Closely and responsibly with other teams and departments.
Requirements:
Excellent skills in Art Directing and the ability to think of creative solutions on the brief.
Excellent team-lead skills to manage a “design team” and to deliver referred tasks with least dependency to the department manager.
Excellent ability to comprehend the marketing brief and to convert it to creative brief and to gather the brief out of client’s requests if needed.
Excellent Ability to produce quality work under tight deadlines;
Excellent skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and etc.,
Openness on incoming feedbacks.
Strong attention to detail.
Prepare detailed layouts and storyboards.
