Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Homepage & Vendor Marketing Coordinator to manage and optimize the visual and strategic content on the homepage of our platform. This role is a hybrid between product execution and marketing alignment — where performance visibility, vendor collaboration, and cross-functional coordination all come together.

The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, capable of prioritizing content with a strategic mindset while ensuring vendor promotions are effectively represented across all channels, including homepage, banners, and ECRM campaigns.

 
Key Responsibilities:

  •  Homepage Management

Design and manage homepage layout and modules including banners, collections, and flash sales.
Allocate dedicated homepage space for each business line (Restaurants, Supermarkets, Pastry, etc.) based on priorities and performance.
Schedule and update homepage content based on seasonality and sales strategies.

  •  Performance-Based Collections

Create product and vendor collections using performance data (highest discounts, ratings, AOV, etc.).
Monitor KPIs (CTR, engagement, conversion) and optimize content accordingly.

  •  Back Office Configuration

Manage BO configurations for banners, collections, visibility by city, business line, and vendor/product mapping.
Ensure automatic sync between vendor changes (price, discount, availability) and the platform’s visible discount badges.
Maintain visibility settings for active/deactivated collections, and enable search and access management.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with the Product, Content, Marketing, and Sales teams to align homepage content with business campaigns.
Gather requests from category teams and business lines for campaigns or performance pushes.
Ensure that visual content aligns with product availability, commercial strategy, and brand tone.

  • Vendor Marketing

Act as a bridge between marketing and vendor operations, ensuring alignment for homepage and CRM actions (SMS, push).
Coordinate promotional activities across channels for vendor-specific actions.
Ensure vendor campaigns have both on-site (homepage, banners) and off-site (CRM) visibility.
 
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
Familiarity with back-office/catalog systems in marketplace or delivery platforms.
Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
Proficiency in Excel, data dashboards, and basic CMS/back office environments.
