Fintech Product Manager (Marketplace e-Commerce: Checkout & Payment Journey)
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and Champion the Product Roadmap: Develop and communicate a clear and strategic product roadmap for the checkout and payment journey in the marketplace, advocating for features that drive business impact.
- End-to-End Product Management: Lead all stages of the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Design, Program Management, and Engineering, ensuring timely delivery and production readiness.
- Craft Compelling Product Narratives: Build comprehensive product requirements, user stories, and strong business cases to support new feature development and enhancements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment with business goals and the successful execution of the product vision.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze product usage metrics and other data points to identify opportunities for product improvements, iterating on the product to continually enhance customer experience.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Engage with early adopters, power users, and key customer segments to gather feedback and quickly iterate on product improvements, ensuring a frictionless checkout and payment process.
- Decision-Making through Data: Leverage analytics and customer insights to make informed decisions that drive product performance and impact business outcomes.

Core Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven Fintech Product Management Experience: Extensive experience in product management, with a strong focus on fintech or payment-related products, particularly in marketplace e-commerce environments.
