To develop service operations & troubleshooting shooting including cross-functional processes to maintain technology edge and achieve operational efficiencies and service uptimes.
To provide input to the Charging Systems, Mediation, and Roaming strategies and architecture from an operational perspective.
To implement the strategies related to Charging Systems & PCRF products and services operations.
To ensure the ongoing operation, stability, and availability of the charging service to meet business requirements.
To develop the framework for the operational management of Charging Systems & PCRF products and services, including fault management, configuration management, performance management, and change management.
To translate business expectations into service SLAs and then develop, measure, and monitor system SLAs to ensure agreed service levels are met and exceeded with regard to customer expectations.
To collaborate with Network, ITS, and all other related teams to ensure integration of different Systems/Applications/Nodes.
To ensure effective communication with NOC (Network Operation Centre) about the impact of new or improved products, services, and platforms with contacts and escalation procedures have been made.
To communicate with ITS & different business teams in case of any major issue and inform them to ensure rapid response and appropriate customer support.
To manage Charging Systems service second line support and provide guidance and direction for first line support to enable efficient operation of the Charging team, and appropriate fault handling and escalation procedures and practices.
To lead the development and/or use of tools to optimize system management through automation.
To ensure the performance of Charging Systems deliverables is monitored and investigated for performance and functionality issues.
To ensure compliance of all service operations with all regulatory, financial, commercial, and business requirements (e.g., security policies, security, and assurance of revenue within defined parameters).
To ensure that Charging system expansions, upgrades, and software implementation, as well as new product and service provisioning, are carried out according to schedule and agreed quality standards.
To analyze industry trends regarding service operations in Charging systems and highlight internal development areas.
To influence the other partners to deliver the services and deploy the resources as per MTN Irancell’s business needs.
To integrate other partners and act as a mediator to resolve conflicts among them.
To facilitate cross-functional teams’ communication, including members from MTN Irancell, LOC team, and other partners.
