Pingi is hiring a DevOps Team Lead to help scale and secure our crypto exchange infrastructure.


In this role, you’ll lead a team focused on automation, CI/CD, and cloud-native operations. You'll drive key DevOps initiatives, guide engineers, and ensure our systems are fast, reliable, and secure. Role Responsibilities:


Deploy and maintain critical services within a cloud-native microservices architecture
Implement automation, monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for development, staging, and production environments
Continuously improve deployment quality and velocity
Participate in on-call rotations to ensure service availability
Enhance alerting and incident response workflows
Ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability of infrastructure
Develop and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and performance/security monitoring solutions
Perform root cause analysis for incidents and production issues
Maintain day-to-day infrastructure operations to ensure system stability


Skills & Qualifications:


Experience deploying and maintaining highly available, fault-tolerant systems at scale
Proficient in automation and scripting (e.g., Bash, Python)
Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
Familiarity with Git and Gitflow development workflows
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as ArgoCD, GitLab CI, or Jenkins
Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible)
Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code concepts and tools (e.g., Terraform)
Experience managing on-premise infrastructure
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Deep understanding of Linux systems and their operational nuances
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
