Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and financial reporting, with the ability to manage day-to-day financial operations and support strategic decision-making. This role requires excellent analytical skills, a thorough understanding of tax regulations, and a commitment to accuracy and compliance.

 
Responsibilities:

• Full understanding of accounting standards and the nature of accounts
• Preparing accurate and timely monthly financial reports, and contributing to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management and auditors
• Participating in the preparation and submission of tax returns and VAT declarations to relevant authorities
• Preparing and submitting needed financial statements
• Assisting in gathering required documentation for internal and external auditors and collaborating during the audit process by providing necessary responses
•  Ensuring compliance with financial laws and regulations
• Analyzing financial data and providing recommendations for financial improvement
• Supporting other departments by providing financial analysis and improvement suggestions
• Solid understanding of inventory accounting systems

 

 Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Familiar with tax laws, social security regulations, and the Tax systems
• High attention to details and strong financial analysis skills
• Strong communication and analytical skills 
• Organized and detail-oriented 
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Time management skills
• Disciplined in carrying out responsibilities and tasks
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) is a strong advantage.
