

Pindo is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, design, and execute marketing campaigns and projects. Your mission? Drive results that support the brand and our network of stores. This role demands a strategic thinker who can manage performance-focused campaigns from start to finish — optimizing for better conversion rates and analyzing outcomes based on data and feedback.
You’ll also collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and maintain effective communication with external advertising agencies to ensure high-quality performance and alignment with business goals.
Strategically plan and launch marketing campaigns with clear performance goals
Analyze campaign data to optimize conversion rates and user journeys
Collaborate with advertising agencies and evaluate their performance
Gather, analyze, and visualize data to inform marketing decisions
Ensure seamless execution of performance projects across platforms
Work closely with internal teams (product, sales, creative) to align on business objectives
Proficient in Google Ads
Experienced with Google Tag Manager
Skilled in analytics tools: Google Analytics, AdTrace, Metrix, Firebase
Able to work with Google Data Studio for data visualization
Familiar with local ad networks: Yektanet, Tapsell, MediaAd, etc.
Experience with video ad platforms like Aparat or Tavoos
Strong understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Familiarity with marketing automation tools
Experience with qualitative research tools like Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar
Knowledge of A/B testing tools

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing or campaign management
