Job Description
- Monitoring and maintenance and network
- Continuous monitoring of system performance
- Analysis and analysis of service reports and database records
- Identification and diagnosis of system errors
- Identification and diagnosis of the network
- Regular reporting of the status of services and transactions
- Proficient in monitoring software such as Zabbix, Grafana and Kibana
- Complete familiarity with the network and service
- Familiarity with Linux agent (LPIC-1)
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch or Splunk
- Familiarity with the database
- Entry analysis work experience
- Familiarity with the ITIL standard
- Familiarity with web service performance and understanding of its standards and architectures
- Familiarity with API and API Gateway and ESB concepts
- Incident management process
- Understanding the change management process
- Experience working with Ticketing systems
- Ability to configure monitoring tools and create dashboards
