Senior QA Engineer

At Smilinno, we're looking for a  Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer who is passionate about quality, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a collaborative and innovative environment.
 
 Job Responsibilities:

• Design and execute manual and automated tests to ensure product quality
• Analyze logs to identify and help resolve bugs
• Test AI-powered chatbots and evaluate response accuracy
• Perform API testing using tools like Postman
• Conduct performance and load testing using JMeter or Locust
• Test web and Android mobile applications using Selenium and Appium
• Collaborate with the development team and report test results using Azure DevOps

 Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in test planning, test case development, and execution across web, mobile, and desktop platforms
• Proficiency in automated testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, and Appium
• Solid experience in API and backend service testing with tools like Postman
• Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter and Locust
• Experience with test and bug tracking tools like Azure DevOps and TestRail
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
• Experience with chatbot testing and NLP testing is a plus

 
 General Skills:

• Solid documentation and reporting skills

 Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant QA experience is strictly required.
