As a Product Delivery Manager on the Product Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our product initiatives are executed efficiently and aligned with business objectives. You’ll be the operational backbone of product delivery, connecting strategy to execution.


Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Product Managers, Design, and Engineering to plan, track, and execute product roadmaps.
• Own the delivery process: from sprint planning and scope definition to deployment and post-launch assessment.
• Manage and oversee various Product management functions such as requirements & use case capture, backlog maintenance & grooming.
• Manage and oversee end to end project & delivery management functions such as requirements, scope, prioritization, roadmap/plan, budget, resource planning, dependency & change management and stakeholder management
• Facilitate Agile rituals and ensure delivery best practices across squads.
• Act as a central point of coordination between multiple product streams to prevent misalignment and delivery delays.
• Track product delivery metrics (velocity, sprint goals, blockers) and report progress to product leadership.
• Drive process improvement across the product development lifecycle (PDLC) to increase efficiency, predictability, and cross-team collaboration.
• Maintain delivery focus while adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product delivery, or product operations in a tech or startup environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Notion.
• Proven success in working with cross-functional product teams (PMs, engineers, designers).
• Familiarity with product development and delivery processes in consumer-facing tech products.
