
Calculate and process monthly and periodic payroll payments
Manage all personnel-related payments, including advances, bonuses, loans, and supplementary insurance
Handle payroll-related tax calculations and social security contributions
Prepare and issue payroll-related accounting documents
Ensure compliance with labor, tax, and insurance regulations
Prepare and present financial reports related to payroll
Provide required documentation for audits, tax authorities, and social security organizations
Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and benefits
Process final settlements for offboarding employees, including calculations and financial clearance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in payroll accounting and administrative functions
Proficiency with Rahkaran Accounting Software and payroll management systems
Strong knowledge of labor laws, social security, and tax regulations
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
