About the Role

The mission of the TeleSales Supervisor is to drive the successful sale of car insurance policies through effective outbound and inbound phone calls. This role exists to lead and support a high-performing telesales team that converts leads into customers by delivering persuasive, informative, and trust-building conversations. The supervisor ensures the team is consistently meeting call and conversion targets, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales excellence

 

Responsibilities:

·         Lead and motivate the TeleSales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets for car insurance policies.

·         Monitor call quality and sales performance to ensure high standards of professionalism and effectiveness in all customer interactions.

·         Provide regular coaching, feedback, and training team members to improve their sales techniques and product knowledge.

·         Analyze sales data and team performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

·         Develop and implement effective call scripts and sales strategies to increase customer engagement and conversion rates.

·         Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and customer support to align goals and enhance the overall customer journey.

·         Ensure the team maintains a customer-focused approach while handling objections and closing sales over the phone.

Requirements:

  • Relevant work experience in telemarketing sales or managing sales teams
  •  Strong communication skills to lead the team and interact with customers
  • Ability to manage and supervise the performance of the telesales team
  • Familiarity with sales and negotiation techniques to improve customer conversion rates
  • Analytical and reporting skills to evaluate and enhance team performance
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address sales challenges
  • Proficiency in CRM software and customer relationship management tools
  •  Ability to train and develop the sales team to improve their skills
