English Supervisor

Your main goal will be to create a supportive learning environment which will help both teachers and  students meet their goals through interesting and diverse methods.
Responsibilities:
-Giving placement tests
-Interviewing and recruiting teachers
-Running TTC classes
-Briefing new teachers
-Observing classes and regular  assessment of instructors
-Organizing classroom lectures and coursework
-Preparing materials and activities
-Providing feedback based on teachers' workload and classroom behavior
-Resolving possible teacher-student conflicts
-Keeping and analysing a record of students’ attendance and grades

You can work
Eaither full time Saturday to Thursday 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Part-time in the afternoons 1 to 7:30 p.m.
Pasrt-time 3 or 4 days a week
