Objective:
The Performance Marketer is responsible for managing and optimizing online advertising campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and convert customers.
This role focuses on leveraging data and analytics to continually improve campaign performance and meet business KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Set up and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Yektanet).
Data Analysis & Optimization:
Analyze campaign performance, make adjustments to improve efficiency. Create and maintain performance reports.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with Digital Marketing Manager to align strategies. Provide performance insights to optimize campaigns.
Key Tasks:
Launch and manage paid media campaigns.
Monitor and optimize campaigns for desired KPIs.
Conduct A/B tests and collaborate with the digital team.
Report on performance and suggest optimizations.
