Responsibilities:

• Coach and guide teams in Agile estimation techniques and help them make realistic and achievable commitments.
• Organize and facilitate key Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Prepare and support team members and stakeholders for effective participation in Agile ceremonies.
• Foster open communication and collaboration within the team and across departments.
• Identify and resolve conflicts, remove blockers, and ensure team productivity.
• Promote an Agile mindset and encourage accountability, flexibility, and continuous improvement.
• Provide training and support in Agile tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Hands-on experience working with teams transitioning from traditional project management methods to Agile.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM) are a plus.
