As a Pre-sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team by delivering tailored technical and business proposals and product demonstrations to current and potential clients. You will bridge the gap between customer needs and technical and business offerings, ensuring that proposed solutions meet both functional and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare technical and business proposals and presentations
• Act as a liaison between clients, sales and internal technical teams
• Conduct product demonstrations and collaborating in proof of concepts (PoC)
• Collaborate with the sales team to deliver technical presentations and demos
• Prepare detailed responses to RFPs, RFIs, and technical documentation
• Stay updated with product features, updates, and relevant technologies
• Develop pricing strategies and proposals for clients across diverse international regions.
• Fluent in English communication, both written and verbal – especially in customer-facing interactions.

Requirements and Skills:

• Team player with high collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in writing technical documentation and RFP responses.
• Familiarity with the B2B sales cycle and presales processes.
• Ability to understand customer pain points and offer relevant solutions.
