
We are looking for an experienced, committed, and results-driven Regional Manager to oversee branch performance in the assigned region. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving efficiency and driving market growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise branch operations within the region and ensure sales and operational targets are met
Analyze regional data and prepare periodic reports for senior management
Lead and develop sales and operations teams
Identify market opportunities and implement regional growth strategies
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments to achieve organizational goals
Manage the regional budget and optimize operational costs
Requirements:
Proficiency in English (minimum level B2)
Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial roles, preferably in sales
Strong leadership, effective communication, and independent decision-making skills
Full proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting
Ability to think critically and manage crises
Willingness to travel within the region as needed
