Job Description
We’re looking for a dynamic and people-focused HR Generalist to help enhance employee experience, drive meaningful internal communication, and nurture our company culture. This position play a key role in ensuring employees feel connected, supported, and inspired every day.
Responsibilities:
- Employee Experience & Engagement
- Design and implement initiatives that improve workplace satisfaction and overall well-being.
- Drive initiatives that promote recognition, belonging, and workplace connection.
- Conduct surveys and gather feedback to improve employee experience.
- Collaborate with HRBPs to align employee engagement strategies with broader business objectives.
- Internal Communication
- Develop and manage strategies for transparent, engaging internal communications.
- Ensure employees are informed and aligned with company updates, values, and initiatives.
- Manage internal communication channels, optimizing effectiveness and reach.
- Work with departments across the organization to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment on company-wide initiatives.
- Culture Development
- Lead efforts to reinforce diversity, equity, and inclusion across all initiatives.
- Organize events and programs that strengthen company culture and employee engagement.
- Partner with HRBPs and department leads to embed culture-building efforts within team structures.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in the Management field of study
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the HR field
- Experience in HR, employee relations, or workplace engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for cultivating an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.
- Ability to adapt and support evolving business needs.
- Experience with internal communications or employer branding is a plus.
