We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will handle a range of HR functions, including full-cycle recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, supporting performance management, and contributing to employee experience initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and familiarity with modern HR tools and strategies.
Responsibilities:
Planning and Executing Recruitment Processes
- Collaborating with team managers to identify hiring needs
- Preparing and posting job advertisements on relevant platforms
- Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
- Coordinating interviews and collecting feedback from interviewers
Conducting Interviews
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers
- Conducting initial (phone/online) interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit
- Supporting technical interviews and summarizing feedback
Onboarding and Offboarding
- Managing the onboarding process, including documentation, orientation, and integration
- Supporting offboarding procedures such as exit interviews, documentation, and handovers
Performance and Development Support
- Assisting in the execution of performance review cycles
- Supporting teams in goal-setting and feedback processes
- Contributing to learning and development (L&D) initiatives
Employee Engagement and Internal Communication
- Supporting employee engagement surveys and action plans
- Assisting with drafting internal HR communications
- Helping organize employee events and well-being initiatives
Managing Candidate Database
- Building and maintaining a structured database of potential candidates
- Using ATS platforms to optimize recruitment efficiency
Reporting and Data Analysis
- Tracking and reporting HR and recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, retention rates)
- Proposing improvements based on data insights and trends
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, especially in recruitment and generalist roles
- Familiarity with ATS and HRIS tools is a plus
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple HR tasks in a dynamic environment
- High attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Proficiency in English is preferred
