About Role
As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will take ownership and drive the development of marketing strategies and actions for our In-store business line.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on offline advertising (in-store branding, standees, posters, outdoor ads, etc.).
- Coordinate and follow up on tasks across multiple internal teams, including campaign, performance, content, design, and social media.
- Work closely with the sales and account management teams to support merchant-level marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of localized promotional strategies within physical retail stores.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using marketing dashboards and tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Google Analytics).
- Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and deliverables across cross-functional stakeholders.
- Provide creative input on in-store promotions and customer-facing materials.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in fintech, retail, or consumer-facing businesses.
- Strong coordination and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders. and ensure task follow-ups across teams.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to work with spreadsheets and performance dashboards.
- Proven experience in executing offline/ in-store marketing campaigns.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Understanding of copywriting and marketing content production.
- Familiarity with customer behavior in physical retail settings is a strong plus.
