

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end export process, from order placement to shipment and delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and customs agents.
- Communicate and build strong relationships with international clients in Arabic and English-speaking countries.
- Prepare and review export documentation, including proforma invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions.
- Conduct market research and identify new potential customers and distributors.
- Handle inquiries, negotiate contracts, and follow up on payments.
- Monitor international trade regulations and ensure compliance with export laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in export or international sales, preferably in food or agricultural products.
- Having a good knowledge in English (Writing & Speaking), Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and international trade tools/platforms.
- Familiar with INCOTERMS, L/C, and international shipping procedures.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data, conduct market and customer analysis, and support strategic decisions
