Full Time/Part Time: Full Time

To strengthen our motivated Operational Teams at our MM Tehran, we are looking for a passionate Production Intern.

Your Role:

- You understand Printing and Packaging basic processes (Offset, Gravure, Die-cut, etc.)
- You find an overview of factory workflow, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
- You understand the operation of Quality Standards.
- You are ambitious to constantly learning about machineries, cylinders, inks, board & paper used in packaging.
- You assist with daily operations and learn about problem-solving tools.
- You are looking forward to conducting quality checks on printed materials for defects and compliance.
- You collaborate with cross-functional teams and complete a mini-project focused on improving a process or troubleshooting an issue.
- You have profound experience in projects and presenting findings and recommendations at the end of the internship.

Position Requirements:

- Educational background: Associate degree/Bachelor`s degree in the Printing Field
- Basic knowledge of the printing industry
- Eagerness to learn and initiative
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- English Language skills: at least intermediate
- Basic knowledge of MS Office software
