As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll take the lead in shaping intuitive, accessible, and impactful user experiences. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and clinical teams to turn complex healthcare challenges into elegant design solutions that truly make a difference in people’s lives.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement UX and product design strategies aligned with business and product goals
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to create cohesive and user-friendly experiences
• Use user data, research insights, and A/B testing to continuously improve the user experience
• Review and ensure the quality of design deliverables, making sure they align with brand standards and user needs

Stay up-to-date with design trends and introduce creative innovations that elevate the product

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital product design
• Advanced proficiency with Figma
• Deep understanding of UX/UI principles, interaction design, and design systems
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback 
• Ability to advocate for design decisions with confidence and clarity
