Role Overview
We are looking for a confident, well-organized Client Account Manager who can build strong client relationships, lead weekly meetings, manage campaigns, and actively contribute to agency growth through cross-selling and up-selling our services.

Key Responsibilities
 Client Relationship & Communication
Serve as the main point of contact for your assigned clients.
Host a weekly 1-hour meeting with each client to discuss performance, results, and next steps.
Respond to client requests and ensure their satisfaction with our services.

 Social Media Engagement
Monitor and respond to client social media comments and DMs daily, maintaining a friendly, brand-consistent tone.
Flag customer questions or leads for follow-up.

 Content Creation for EireDigital
Create short video content in English (yourself on camera) to promote EireDigital’s services on Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Represent the brand professionally and confidently across our digital platforms.

 Client Project Management
Oversee timelines, deliverables, and inter-team communication.
Coordinate between departments (content, design, paid media) to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Maintain task updates and reporting using tools like Trello, Slack, and Google Workspace.

 Cross-Selling & Up-Selling
Identify opportunities to offer additional services (e.g., paid ads, booking system, influencer marketing) based on client needs and goals.
Proactively recommend upgrades or new packages that align with client growth.
Work towards monthly targets for upsells and renewals.

Requirements
Fluency in spoken and written English is a MUST (you’ll be speaking on video and with international clients).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Prior experience in digital marketing, social media management, or account management.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Comfortable speaking on camera for promotional content.
Background in the beauty, salon, or aesthetics industry is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of tools like Canva, CapCut, Trello, Slack, and social media platforms.
Must be available to respond to client social media comments and questions daily between 11:00 AM and 11:00 PM Iran time Saturday and Sunday are official days off Must be available to work on Thursdays and Fridays

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Prior experience in sales, cross-selling, or consultative selling.
Basic graphic design or video editing.
Knowledge of digital marketing performance metrics (SEO, PPC, ROAS, etc.).
