Sales and Marketing Team leader

Analyzing the national market dynamically to determine specific sales targets.
Segmenting the market into operating sections and assigning medical representatives to sections.
Developing monthly and annual plans for marketing and sales activities.
Supervising all sales and marketing activities within the group.
Preparing weekly reports for DSM.
Coordinating double visits with medical/pharmaceutical representatives.

Requirements:
Medical Doctor, Pharmacist, Veterinarian, or related majors.
At least 7 years of experience as a medical/pharmaceutical sales representative and 2 year of experience as a product specialist/team supervisor.
Fluent in English (speaking, listening, and writing).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Creative, intuitive, and able to work in a competitive environment.
Adherence to the company's strategies and values, and the ability to work in a team.
Current position of the candidate: team leader or supervisor
Good knowledge of sales.
Good insight into marketing issues.
Experience in team management or project management.
Problem-solving skills.
