Job Description:

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the planned product evolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., customers, business leaders, development teams) to gather requirements and prioritize features.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related queries and updates.
• Define and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is prioritized based on business value and customer impact.
• Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of product features.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product positioning and promotion.
• Analyze product metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Creating detailed functional specifications and designing documents of product features

Qualifications:

• Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in using data analytics tools to derive actionable insights.
• Understanding of telecom technologies and IT infrastructure.
• Familiar with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, JIRA).
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Effective communication skills.
• Good Teamwork skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications
• +3 years’ experience in product management or related roles within the telecom or IT industry.
