Job Description:
As a Software Project Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Process and document change requests related to BSS products and services.
- Ensure requests align with company priorities and current capabilities.
- Conduct impact analysis, considering technical, operational, commercial, and customer perspectives.
- Collaborate with product teams to assess workload estimates for implementing changes.
- Negotiate workload and delivery timelines with customers to align with company resources.
- Facilitate communication between product owners, project teams, and customer representatives.
- Lead or participate in stakeholder meetings to discuss product dependencies and change impacts.
- Ensure internal teams (customer service, operations, technical support) are informed about changes.
- Collaborate with financial and project management teams to validate cost transparency.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze and manage risks related to changes.
- Experience with ITIL and ITSM/JIRA tools.
- Knowledge of business processes and project management tools.
