Civil Engineer

Job Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to support the Civil Engineering team by assisting in obtaining subcontractor quotations and reducing administrative workload. This will enable senior engineers to focus more effectively on improving the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and coordination of subcontractor quotations;
• Maintain registers of received quotes and liaise with suppliers for clarifications;
• Support the civil design team with documentation and administrative tasks;
• Help prepare cost comparisons and recommendation reports;
• Contribute to the quality assurance processes and timely delivery of project packages;
• Participate in team meetings and design reviews

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related fields (Traffic/ Transport Engineer)
• 3–5 years of experience in Civil Engineering or infrastructure design;
• Strong written and verbal communication in English;
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office Suite and Aimsun or SIDRA;
• Understanding of construction processes and documentation;
• Be proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative and willing to learn and take initiative
