Responsibilities:

• Facilitate productive communication between product, engineering, and business teams
• Translate product strategy into actionable scenarios, user stories, and prototypes
• Drive product launches and align with stakeholder teams, leadership, and product members
• Own and execute product plans that are aligned with business goals and driven by data
• Inspire and align teams to deliver high-quality features according to the roadmap
• Maintain product relevance and roadmap for internal monitoring, control, and BI systems
• Collaborate with engineering to identify technologies that improve customer experience and operational transparency
• Provide visibility and clarity on product roadmap and priorities across the organization
• Monitor feature releases and ensure delivery quality matches expectations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager in a tech-driven environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong command of agile methodologies and cross-functional teamwork
• Analytical mindset with experience making decisions based on KPIs and metrics
• Skilled in roadmap planning, documentation, and reporting
• Knowledge of the OTA (Online Travel Agency) industry is a strong plus
